Buying online - Delivery Time Scale
All delivery times are listed on the product page and will be rechecked when more than one item is entered in to the quantity field, next to the Add to Basket button. All delivery times are rechecked once a customer proceeds to checkout. The lead-time will be shown next to each product on the summary table on the order page.
Buying online - Delivery
Our Orders are dispatched with Fedex, please note that once an order has been dispatched customers can manage their delivery directly through the 'FedEx Delivery Manager'. The delivery contact on the order will receive an email and or text with directions about how to do this. FedEx Delivery Manager allows customers to customize deliveries to fit in with them, with the following options:
- Proactive delivery status updates via text, email or phone.
- Hold at FedEx Location
- Sign for a package to authorize FedEx to leave the package
- Provide delivery instructions, such as "leave at the front door"
- Request vacation hold to suspend deliveries
Fedex will release the package in one of three ways:
- Obtaining a signature from someone at the delivery address.
- Acquiring a signature from a neighbor, building manager, or other person at a neighboring address.
- Gaining authorization from the recipient to release the package without anyone present.

Buying online - Returns
Original BTC, Davey Lighting and Beadlight products are all made to order and carry a 30% fee for returns.
If a customer would like to return a product, we need to be notified within 14 days of receipt of the product, the customer must then return the product within a further 14 days.
Product to be returned must be sent back in the same condition that they were received in and should not have been installed. They should be sent back to our New York address by a tracked/signed for courier service and must be well packed to ensure safe delivery. We are unable to accept items that are not returned in their original state.
In order to arrange a return, customers must fill in the form in the link below. This will be processed and we will respond within 48 hours. On confirmation customers will be emailed a label to stick on the box.
Please note that returns will not be accepted unless they have registered in this way with the label stuck to the outside of the box.
Please note that customers are responsible for the costs of returning their products and to avoid any damage during transport, we advise that customers pack returns carefully.
Buying online - Cancellation
Customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 working days. If the order has already been processed it may not be possible to stop the order from being dispatched. If we can, we will stop the order from being sent. If it is too late and the order has already been dispatched, customers are required to return the product in the same condition that it was received in. The product condition must be checked before arranging for the item to be sent back. See returns information.

Buying online - Amendments and Corrections to orders placed If customers notice that an error has been made whilst placing an order, please telephone (646) 759-9007 immediately. We will endeavour to adjust any corrections to the order, before the order has been processed or dispatched.
